Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

You must provide an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. An email is enough: simply write that you withdraw from the contract and name the invitation or order it concerns. A letter sent by post works equally. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services under the contract. This applies only if the statutory conditions are satisfied, including your express request and the provision of the required information.
